How we scored →

How we scored answers

AI assessed each answer for correctness and completeness on a 0–2 point scale.

Illustrative question: How much is shipping, and when is it free?
PointsCriteriaExample answer
2Correct and completeCZK 99. Free from CZK 1,500.
1PartialFree from CZK 1,500. The shipping price is missing.
0Wrong or unansweredI don’t know. Contact support.

12 questions × 2 points = a maximum of 24 points per website. For example, 18 of 24 points means 75%. A human handover scored 0 when the answer was available in the sources.

Where the answers differed

Routine shopping questions

Kanbu more often found shipping, payment and return instructions. The tested Chaterimo, SupportBox and Daktela chats more often referred customers to support or a menu.

Public-service information

Kanbu finished slightly ahead of Chetty. Individual details mattered: the current fee, the right office or all of its opening days.

With full access, Kanbu can do more

We tested from the outside, with limited access to each website’s data and systems. Kanbu worked mainly with public sources, without access to orders or internal information. With complete sources and the necessary integrations, we expect more accurate answers, more resolved questions and better scores.

How we tested

The Kanbu team prepared this comparison. We tested competitors on public websites on October 15, 2026, and Kanbu using those websites’ sources in October 2026. Results describe specific deployments; different sources and settings may produce different answers. Examples are shortened, anonymized summaries, translated into English, not verbatim transcripts.

We completed nine comparisons with 12 questions per service. Smartsupp has no direct test; Citymind and HypeDigitaly each have one completed deployment. Kanbu was retested against Chetty after adding sources.

Points are an indicative AI assessment: 2 for a correct answer, 1 for a partial answer and 0 for an incorrect or missing answer. They are not a resolution rate. Handing an answerable question to a person received 0 points. Features and prices reflect vendor offerings at the time of comparison.
