Monthly report

The monthly report is an overview of chatbot performance for the past period. You receive it from Kanbu based on data from your agent — it serves as a basis for evaluating the chatbot's contribution and identifying areas for improvement.

1. What the report contains

  • Conversation overview — total number of threads, message count, and activity over time.
  • Answer success rate — share of conversations the agent successfully resolved without escalation or negative feedback.
  • Capacity saved — estimate of time the same queries would take a human operator.
  • Most common topics — what users write about most often, which questions repeat.
  • User feedback — overview of thumbs up/down ratings and written comments.
  • Recommendations for improvement — specific tips for adjusting data, system prompt, or configuration based on identified patterns.

2. How to read the report

Focus primarily on:

  • Low success rate — if the agent does not resolve a large share of queries, look for the cause in missing data or an unsuitable system prompt. See How to optimize answers.
  • Repeating topics without correct answers — candidates for adding to FAQ or as new sources in the Knowledge base.
  • Negative feedback — review specific threads with thumbs down directly in the Messages menu and find out what did not work.
