Manual top-up

A manual top-up increases the prepaid card balance by a one-time amount you specify. It is useful when you want to add credit right away in a single payment.

How to do it

In the bottom left corner of the app, click your name and email and select Payments.
In the Add funds section, enter the amount you want to top up.
Click Continue to payment.
On the secure payment gateway, fill in your payment details and confirm payment.
After payment, you return to the app and credit is immediately added to the prepaid card balance.
